The ordering system works with browsers such as Edge, Opera, and Firefox.

When ordering bikes, please enter a correct email address for order confirmation and a phone number with country code.

Please, see the first - BIKE SIZES and then create an order by BOOKING ONLINE . The second option is to send an order by e - mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Third option is call or send an SMS from your mobile to number +34 608 504 334 . Please , call or send an SMS only in the hours : 9:00 - 12:30      16:00 - 19:00. The order must include : Name and surname, types of bikes , bikes sizes and number of pieces , date of bicycle rental . If you will rent bikes for different dates, it is necessary to make 2 or more orders.

Change or cancel your order : 

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible on our e-mail  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and include: the order number and what you want to change or cancel. 

Our rental day is from 9:00  to 19:00 ( until 18:00  in the off-season )We do not provide half - day rentals.

Ride Mallorca have not fees of order cancellation . 

We accept  cash and card payments and require at least one government-issued photo ID for each person or group booking. 

Important information for reservation :
 
Children's bicycles, children's bicycle seats and trailers for double children's bicycles are available. If you want, feel free to bring your own bicycle pedals and saddles. We will be happy to install them. Some illustrations / colors of the bike may differ slightly from the actual product. The price of road bike rental includes a pump, two bottle cages, a computer for a bicycle, pedals, a tubed replacement kit and a limited helmet. The price of a fitness or cross bike includes a pump, one bottle cage, one tube, a spare kit and a helmet, if available. Helmets, pedals and locks are available until stocks last.
