9 : 00 - 19 : 00. Ride Mallorca does not rent bikes for hours.

Pick - up  bikes from the store :

You can pick -up bikes from the store all the time the shop is open.

Payment :

Only in the store in cash (better option) or pay by payment card, if you conclude a contract and pick up the bikes. We do not take an advance payment.

We provide free :

Helmet, Pump, Spare puncture repair kit, Saddle bag, Garmin holder, Phone holder, Crank power meter ( available only for Trek Emonda Sram Etap ), 2 Water holders, Bike lock, Bike storage bags 35 x 40 x 10 cm ( 15 l ), Child seat for 1 child

We provide not free :

Stroller with 2 wheels for a bike 6 € / 1 Day, CO2 cylinders for the inner tube of the bike 2 € / 1 pc, Cycling shoes - sizes 39, 42, 43, 44, 45, 47 (only when renting a bike) - 4 € / 1 Day, Bike bottle 0.75 l - 4 €, Child stroller for 2 children 5  € / 1 Day

Insurance :

Ride Mallorca does not have bikes insurance in case of damage to the bikes by the client or theft of the bikes. Ride Mallorca will cover: bicycle malfunction, e.g.: broken chain, non-functioning gear lever.

Client payment : Loss of the key from the safety pulley, broken derailleur, theft of the bikes and other damage to the bikes are covered by the client.

Bikes setup :

Can you change the setting of my compact road bike with a size of 50 /34 to a different gear ? ratio ?   No

Do you adjust the bike and seat to the rider's size or do you just give the bike to the rider and it's up to the rider to do the setup ? Everything will be adjusted when you pick up your bike. 

Bikes delivery :

Do you delivery bikes to my hotel , private home or road trip ?   

No, because :

1. Bikes need to be adjusted, you need to try it on to see if the size you ordered is right for you, etc. 

2. Our car must be free for business needs .

Price List :

Price list is for 1 - 14 days, but it can also be rented for multiple days directly in the store.

Can I rent a bike for just half a day ?               No

Can I rent a bike on holiday for different days ?          Yes

Can I use my own saddle and/or pedals ?   Yes

Bicycle transport :

Do you provide bicycle transport to allow cyclists to travel along the various routes around Mallorca ?      No

Brand :

Do you have only TREK brand bikes ?     

No , we have brands Orbea Denna ( road E - bikes ) and Crussis ( Cross E - bikes ) too.

Cycling product :

Do you sell cycling items such as map or water bottle ?     Yes

What is the price ?     Map is water resistant 80 x 55 cm ( folded map 20 x 10 cm ) cost 8 € and 750 ml water bottle cost 4 €.

Guided Bike Tours :

Do you offer guided bike tours ?       No

Children's Bikes / Seats :

Do you provide child Bike ?      Yes
