Rental day is : 9:00 -19:00 . We do not rent bicycles for 1, 2 ... 24 hours.

 We communicate in the following languages : English, Spanish, Slovak, Czech, Polish and a little German, Russian, Italian.

Payment : only at the store in cash ( better option ) or by credit card if you conclude a contract and pick up the bikes. We do not collect a deposit.

Order :Please see the first MENU- SIZES OF BIKES and then make another in MENU - BOOKING ONLINE .The second options are to send an order to the email or call to mobil +34 608 504 334.

Please, call or send an sms in time : 9:00 - 12:30    16:00 - 19:00 .

In the order it is necessary to state:

Name and Surname, types of bikes, sizes of bikes and number of pieces, Date of bikes rental.

When you will renting bikes for different dates, it is necessary to make

separate orders for bikes.

Please do not order through the CHROME browser as it is outdated and does not display dates when ordering.

 Insurance :

 Ride Mallorca does not have bike insurance against damage  to the bike by the client or theft of bike. 

Ride Mallorca will pay : fault on the bike e.g.: broken chain, gear shift no working.

Client pay : Losing the key from the safety pulley,breaking the derailleur, stolen bike and other damage to the bike is paid by the client.

 Bike setting : Everything will be set up ,when you pick - up the bike at the store.

 112 : is the European emergency number, that you can call free of charge: police, rescue healt service, fire brigade.

 

Can you change my compact 50/34 road bike setup to a different gear

ratio ?   No

 Bikes Delivery: 

Do you deliver / pick up bikes from my hotel or my private home ?  No

Bike Setting :

Do you adjust the bike and seat according to the rider's dimensions or do you just give the bike and this setting is up to the rider ?

Everything will be set up when you pick - up the bike at the store
