    1 RENTAL DAY is :     9 : 00 - 19 : 00 . We do not rental bikes for   1 , 2 ... 24 hours .

     

    We  communicate in languages :      English, Spanish, Russian, Czech, Slovak, Polish                                                                                        and  little German and Italian .

 

     Payment :    only in store by credit card or cash, if you close the contract

   and pick up the bikes . We do not collect a deposit .

 

 Changing or canceling an order :  Please, send en e-mail to info@ridemallorca.com

 and include : order number  and what you want to change or cancel .

 

 Making an order :  Please, look at the first MENU - PRICE LIST AND SIZES OF BIKES

 and than make the order on MENU - BOOKING ONLINE .

    

    We provide for free :   Pedals SPD MTB, SPD SL, LOOK KEO , Helmet ,

 Pump, Spare set to repair the defect, Garmin holder , 2 pcs Water holder , Bike lock ,

 Bicycle bags to store things 35 x 40 x 10 cm (15 L ) , Child seat .  

 

      We provide for payment :    Children's stroller on 2 wheels fastening 

behind the bicycle 6 € / 1 Day, CO2  bombs for the bikes inner tube 2 € /1 pcs .

 

   Insurance :     We do not have bicycle insurance against damage to the bicycle

by the client or theft. We will repair  the bicycle error for free e.g. : a broken chain ,

the shifter does not work properly .The client pays for the loss of the key from the safety

pulley, breakage  of the derailleur and other damage of bicycle by client .

 

   Deliver  bikes :    We do not deliver bikes to the hotel or pick them up from the hotel.
