ANSWER:Regrettably, we do not modify the gearing of road bikes. We are utilizing the factory-recommended compact 50/34 road bike settings from Specialized and Trek. Compacts 50/34, on the other hand, are slightly lighter than triples and nevertheless provide more straightforward gearing options than a standard crank. Bikes Delivery:
Do you deliver / pick up bikes from my hotel or my private home ? No
ANSWER:As a result of our experience, we like to set up and configure bikes in our shop so that our customers may test ride them and leave completely satisfied. Unfortunately, we no longer deliver or pick up bikes from hotels or private homes owing to technical issues. However, we always welcome reservations from clients in more outlying areas, provided that they make their own arrangements for picking up and dropping off the bike.

ANSWER:Hired road bikes come with free mini bike pump, 2x water holders, basic bike computer, bike pedals, inner tube replacement kit and limited helmets availability. Hired fitness / cross bikes come with free mini bike pump, 1x water holder, inner tube replacement kit and limited helmets availability.
Bikes Insurance / Bikes delvage:
Do you provide insurance against bike theft or bicycle salvage in the event of a mechanical breakdown or accident ? No
ANSWER:We regretfully do not offer bike theft insurance. Please verify your own travel insurance policy; typically, it includes coverage for bike theft and damage. Cyclists are entirely liable for stolen or damaged bicycles. Most hotels feature secured bike storage to keep guests' bikes safe while traveling. We will be pleased to store your bike at our shop if space is not available. When cycling, make sure you always have a clear view of your bike during coffee or lunch breaks. However, if your bike experiences a technical problem or an accident, you can still acquire bike rescue cover from a third-party source MALLORCA BICYCLE RESCUE, with whom we have no affiliation. If a bike problem arises locally, we can assist you with bike mechanical issues or even replace your bike if the issue cannot be resolved directly.

ANSWER:Please find our most recent price list below for download or printing. Our policy only allows rentals from 9:00 to 19:00 (18:00 off season) for a minimum of one day. In order to obtain better hire rates for you, you are welcome to rent a bike for non consecutive days if necessary.

ANSWER:Online reservations are free and do not require payment in advance. At our front desk, you must pay the whole bike rental fee. We accepting cash and 10 € fully refundable deposit. For the rental agreement, we also require a picture ID document. Per group, one ID is sufficient. In the event of a cancellation, kindly get in touch with us right away. After successful reservation you will receive an email from us with a confirmation of your reservation including rental price. To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise all of our customers to make online bookings well in advance, especially when renting during the busiest cycling periods of the spring and fall. You often do not need to reserve your bike during the summer's low season; simply walking up should work (except SLR7 or S-Works).
Bikes Saddle/ Pedals:
Can I use my own saddle and/or pedals ? Yes
ANSWER:Sure you can! We'll be more than happy to mount them for you free of charge.

ANSWER:Unfortunately, we had to discontinue that option due to tech issues.

ANSWER: Yes, we have 170 bikes - 13 types of bikes.The ordering system BOOKING ONLINE offers information about the technical equipment of the bicycle and rental prices for up to 14 days. Please make a second order for a rental of 15 or more days.

Do you sell bicycle-related items such as maps or water bottles? Yes

ANSWER:Yes, we offer water bottles, cycling jersey sets, and waterproof, high-quality cycling maps. Please verify price in our shop as it may vary.
Guided Road Bikes Tours :

ANSWER:Regrettably, no. We don't provide guided road bike tours.
Children's Bikes / Seats :

ANSWER:Yes, but only in a small quantity; walk-in reservations only. Priced at €6 per day, children's bikes measure 20" (for ages 7-9 )and 24" (for ages 9–12). Using a child bicycle trailer day cost € 6. Free with the renting of a bike are child bike rear seats. Prices may vary, please verify price in our store.
Mountain Bikes:
Do you rent mountain bikes ? No , we have Cross bikes.
ANSWER:Instead, we provide Specialized Cross Trail bikes with front wheel suspension, a very equal alternative to MTBs.

What are the roads like in Mallorca ?
High-quality asphalt roads.
ANSWER:Two bus lines, 102 and 122, travel through Paguera. Ask for directions to the HSM Linda Playa Hotel when in Paguera. View the bus departure schedule. Route A11 travels directly to Paguera from the airport in Palma de Mallorca.
